Gregory Hartranft
Owner
Gregory Hartranft is well known among hair stylists, having been a top stylist for nearly three decades in Phoenix, Arizona, and his hometown, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He began his career in hairstyling at Liquid Salon Philadelphia, where his passion and dedication to his craft and his customers saw him promoted to Creative Director for the salon. As his profile in the industry, so did his career, as he was named National Educator for Redken 5th Ave. In his role for the past 23 years, he has provided instruction at world-class events for both up-and-coming and accomplished stylists. In 2005, Greg relocated to the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix and almost immediately became a high-demand stylist, working from several of the Valley's most upscale salons. All the while, Gregory held fast to his dream of opening his own salon, a dream he saw come true with PRoCESS Salon in 2016.
Greg's commitment to his community and his clients is unmatched--he goes above and beyond to not only style hair, but build lasting relationships with his clients, taking pride in knowing each one, developing relationships and reflecting their personality in their hairstyle to give each client an individual and customized experience at Process Salon. For those that have come in to Process Salon, you'll immediately feel as if you're with your best friends, a feeling Greg has worked hard to bring to his business. Courtney Gnas
Extension Specialist, Color, Balayage, Cuts
Doing hair is a passion of mine, I think it all started in high school trying to manage my own curly hair. In College I would experiment with color and hair extensions as well as chemical straighteners. I loved all these options and the ability to be creative with my look. After a few years of college I decided to take a break and follow this passion of mine by attending beauty school and later finishing my degree in Psychology.
I have been a hairstylist now for 14 years and my love for it continues to grow. I'm obsessed with continuing education in multiple techniques and styling up with the latest trends. Some specialties of mine are blondes, balayage, tape-in, Habit hand-tied and iTip extensions. My clients love that I really listen to what they want and I am always honest about what is achievable. My goal behind the chair or in my class is always to make you feel better about leaving than you felt coming in. That is way I love my job!

Kate Becerra
Color, Men's and Women's Cuts, Extentions, Brazilian Blowout
Kate was born and raised in Phoenix along with her sister and three brothers, and has worked in the Arcadia area since 2012. She offers specialized blonding techiques, gray coverage, hair extensions, and both men and woman's hair cutting. She has a love for special event styling such as weddings and prom, as well as fabulous weekly blowouts. She was voted into the AZ foothills Magazine- Best of the Valley 2018 for "Best Blowdry"
On the weekends she likes going to the movies, music shows, and spending time with friends and family, and outdoor adventures. Some of herr favorite TV shows are Criminal Minds, New Girl and Game of Thrones, and she loves Marvel Movies!

Marcella Guzman
Stylist
Marcella enoys working with all hair textures, but she has a soft spot for girlies with dark and thick hair. My top three favorite services I enjoy doing the most are gray coverage, creating natural dimension in the hair and hair cutting. I am certified in Brazilian Blowouts and Dream Catchers extensions. I graduated from Penrose Academy 12 years ago. My passion for the hair industry started as a little girl when my mom was attending beauty school and I was able to go to the salon with her. I have a teenage son, who is just about the coolest kid ever. He’s the reason why I work so hard. I’m a family girl who enjoys meeting new people and learning about new things.

She truly cares about sanitation and the health of the natural nail. Her goal is to create and nurture long-lasting relationships with every client. Jamie grew up in Tempe and has three grown kids, a granddaughter, and an amazing 11-year life partner. She is a travel fanatic and loves discovering new places with a focus on history and architecture.
