For more than 25 years, PRoCESS Salon visionary and owner Gregory Hartranft imagined opening a salon where clients come first and feel as if they're among family. His dream came true in 2016 in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix when PRoCESS SAlon opened its door and welcomed neighbors to stop by, relax, and know their hair and salon services were in the hands of some of the best in the business.
